Returns & Exchanges

At Peach Underwear, we want you to feel confident and comfortable in your purchase. If your new favorites aren't a perfect fit, we offer a 30-day return and exchange window for all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached into the reusable shipping bag and affix the prepaid return shipping label provided.

• 3.
  Drop Off Locally

  Hand your package to the designated carrier or drop it off at any authorized shipping location within 7 days of starting your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 3-5 business days.
